Job description
Solomon People Solutions is looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop practical business, leadership, and management skills through hands-on experience.
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with different teams, support day-to-day business operations, contribute to client and internal projects, and gain exposure to key areas of the organization. You will receive guidance from experienced professionals while developing your problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily business and operational activities.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Work with different departments to understand business processes.
- Support client-related projects and internal initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic business documentation.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Assist managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Develop an understanding of SPS services, solutions, and client requirements.
- Build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through practical assignments.
- Complete assigned training and development activities.
Requirements / qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
