Job description

Solomon People Solutions is looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop practical business, leadership, and management skills through hands-on experience.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with different teams, support day-to-day business operations, contribute to client and internal projects, and gain exposure to key areas of the organization. You will receive guidance from experienced professionals while developing your problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily business and operational activities.
  • Assist with project planning, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Work with different departments to understand business processes.
  • Support client-related projects and internal initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic business documentation.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Assist managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Develop an understanding of SPS services, solutions, and client requirements.
  • Build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through practical assignments.
  • Complete assigned training and development activities.

Requirements / qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
